Senior Appraiser - Analyst: Full Time, $48,606 - $68,754 + Benefits
The Gunnison County Assessor's Office is accepting applications for a Senior Appraiser - Analyst. This position is responsible for establishing all Gunnison County property values, maintaining a thorough and accurate mass appraisal process, and directing the Appraisal team in the completion of complex professional appraisal work for assessment purposes. The Senior Appraiser - Analyst reports directly to the Deputy Assessor and Assessor.

Administrative Assistant III (Legal): Full Time, $34,931 - $49,410 + Benefits
The Gunnison County Attorney's Office is accepting applications for a Administrative Assistant III (Legal).  This position performs skilled administrative, technical, and legal work for the County Attorney’s Office.  Performs a wide variety of routine and complex secretarial, clerical and legal record keeping work.   Works regularly and carefully with confidential, personal, financial and proprietary information.  Substantial direct contact with elected officials, county staff, multiple disciplines of professionals and the general public. Exercises independent and interpretive judgment within prescribed standards and procedures.  The Administrative Assistant III (Legal) works under the supervision of the County Attorney and Deputy County Attorney with independent judgment and interpretive judgment.
