2009 Reappraisal Sales
Property is revalued in Colorado every two years. The changes in all values reflect Gunnison County market conditions in the 24 to 60 months prior to June 30, 2008, adjusted forward in time to June 30, 2008, the last date of the appraisal period.
The attached spreadsheets list the sales in the 2009 reappraisal study period, which ended on June 30, 2008. These sales are used to set value for 2009 and 2010, which are reflected on the tax bills mailed in January 2010 and 2011.
