Agendas are subject to change up to 24 hours prior to the meeting time. Efforts are made to post the most current agenda on this site; however, posting in the official locations at the Courthouse fulfills the legal requirement.

Please note that meeting minutes are only prepared for Regular Meetings, Special Meetings and Public Hearings. Minutes can only be released to the public and posted on this website after they are approved by the Board of Commissioners. In most instances, this occurs within 30 days after a meeting is conducted. Occasionally the time required for completion of the minutes and their approval is longer. Please contact Katherine Haase at (970) 641-7601 or khaase@gunnisoncounty.org if you need to know when a specific set of minutes is scheduled for approval and website posting.

Minutes are posted on this site beginning with the year 2007. Minutes from 1996 - 2006 may be requested to be provided by e-mail. Requests should be submitted to Katherine Haase at (970) 641-7601 or khaase@gunnisoncounty.org.

Hard copies of minutes may be provided at a charge of $0.25 per page by statute.

Hard copies of minutes older than 1996 may be obtained at the Gunnison County Recorder's office in the Blackstock Government Center at 221 North Wisconsin in Gunnison. That phone number is 970-641-2038.
