At the election to be held on November 3, 2009, Gunnison County, Colorado (the “County”), is submitting a ballot issue concerning the creation of debt or financial obligation for its Clean Energy Options Local Improvement District.

** If the ballot question is approved by the registered electors of the County it is the County’s intent to establish a special fund specifically for special assessments imposed against benefited properties in the Clean Energy Options Local Improvement District. Those amounts will not be deposited into the County’s General Fund.
