Finance Director

The Finance Program is responsible for all general accounting functions as well as the coordination of the budget process and the annual audit. This department serves to provide necessary financial and administrative services to all County departments including accounts payable, accounts receivable, grant accounting and reporting, and payroll processing.

This office provides the following information to the public:

• Budget Appropriations
• Capital Improvement Program
• Contributions to Community Based Organizations
• Expenses Paid (Human Services payments are confidential)
• Financial Reporting
• Landfill Rates and Resolutions
• Public Records Request
• Sales, Use and Lodging Taxes
• Sewer and Water Rates and Resolutions
