Region 10 Contract Position for HHS Assessment
Request contractor to complete a 6 county public health assessment to meet requirements of Public Health Act as a pilot. Must be familiar with MAPP, APEX, and/or other assessment tools. Must have minimum of 10 years public health experience, familiarity with health needs assessment, ability to coordinate information, develop pubic health plan, and work with multiple partners in 6 county region. Position is part-time with hourly rate dependent on grant funding. Residence in region 10 preferred. Position to start immediate upon contract.
