Finance Office

Purpose

The purpose of the Finance Program is to provide accounting, auditing, planning, and analysis services to the County organization and the public so they can make informed decisions, provide fiscally responsible management, and demonstrate and experience accountable County government.

Organizational Functions

The Finance Program is responsible for all general accounting functions as well as the coordination of the budget process and the annual audit. This department serves to provide necessary financial and administrative services to all county departments including accounts payable, accounts receivable, grant accounting and reporting, and payroll processing.
