After the Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) informed Gunnison County late Friday afternoon that Coloradans who rely on the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) would begin receiving full payments for the month of November 2025, the Supreme Court issued a stop order on payments late Friday evening. While some payments were issued to Coloradans, the status of the remainder of the payments is uncertain. To see if payments were loaded onto your EBT card, call the number on the back of the card. CDHS is in the process of loading payments onto Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) cards and SNAP participants will begin to see payments on their EBT cards as early as Saturday, November 8. All SNAP participants can expect their full monthly payment to be available over the next few days.

El Departamento de Servicios Humanos de Colorado (CDHS, por sus siglas en inglés) informó al Condado de Gunnison el viernes por la tarde que los residentes de Colorado que dependen del Programa de Asistencia Nutricional Suplementaria (SNAP) para ayudar a comprar alimentos saludables comenzarán a recibir los pagos completos correspondientes al mes de noviembre de 2025.
El CDHS está en proceso de cargar los pagos en las tarjetas de Transferencia Electrónica de Beneficios (EBT), y los participantes de SNAP comenzarán a ver los pagos reflejados en sus tarjetas EBT a partir del sábado 8 de noviembre. Todos los participantes de SNAP pueden esperar que su pago mensual completo esté disponible en los próximos días.
