Services of a professional engineer to provide a feasibility study and preliminary designs for water

and wastewater extension from the Town of Crested Butte to the Whetstone housing development.

Preliminary designs of collection and distribution systems for Whetstone will also be completed.

Detailed requirements and conceptual plans for the Whetstone housing development will be

included below and as attachments to this document.

This RFP requires detailed responses including project cost estimate, general conditions, rates and

fees, proposed schedule, and communication plan for communication and coordination between

the engineer, County, and Town of Crested Butte.
