The Gunnison County Clerk & Recorder has added another new tool for you to use - eCertify! You can now obtain a CERTIFIED copy of any recorded document online, no visit to the office needed. See below for more details.

Why is this important?■ You now have access to downloading a certified copy of any recorded document online, 24/7. This frees you up from needing to visit the office when you need something right away.

How do I obtain a certified copy of a document?■ Visit iDocMarket.com and click on the Get Started button in the blue banner■ Locate Gunnison, CO in the list and click on the green Subscribe button (use the list of States on the left and select 'Colorado' to filter out other counties if needed)     ■ This will show you the payment options available and allow you to get started creating an account - If you already have an account, sign-in now■ Follow the instructions on the website and enter in any required information then download the documents once you have completed the process
