How to Find a Rental Home in the Gunnison Valley

First steps in finding a rental home in the Gunnison Valley is to check the local papers: Gunnison Country Times and Crested Butte News. Social media can be a way to find an available rental but beware, there are many scams on social media. Check your source, meet in person, see the unit and read the lease before paying any money. You can also inquire with your employer about housing opportunities.

Visit our website GCHA, (gunnisoncounty.org/housing), to catch up on housing news, sign up for email alerts about housing, and obtain applications for the properties we manage. Please note: all of the properties we manage are on a waitlist. You must complete an application for that property to be put on the waitlist.
