Sawtooth Townhomes

Information

Sawtooth Townhomes are located in Gunnison and consist of 18 units: 12 duplex 3-bedroom units and 6 one-bedroom ADU apartments. It was completed in 2025. A one car garage is available for an additional charge as they are available. Sawtooth Townhomes are part of Gunnison County Workforce Housing providing stable housing to individuals and families working in the Gunnison Valley.

Workforce requirements

At least one adult applicant must work a minimum of 32 hours per week for a Gunnison Valley employer or be self-employed with a business that serves the Gunnison Valley.

Monthly income must be a minimum of 2 times the rental rate (Exceptions will be considered. A request must be made in writing)

Background check will be conducted and is required. No household members with a history of eviction, conviction due to drug related or violent crimes or who is listed as a sex offender will be accepted.

One pet is allowed per unit. All animals are required to be registered with City of Gunnison and pay a $300 pet deposit.
